If you get our answering machine, it's either because we're in the back shipping product, on the other line, out for coffee, or exercising outdoors! We promise to get back to you nonetheless. Hours: 10AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday, PST - Ivar® products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time.
- For warranty evaluation, first contact Ivar by filling out our contact form, including phone number, email, and the issue. Once sent to us, we will review and respond to your message within 1 to 3 business days. Thereafter, we will provide a return authorization for your warranty evaluation. After a return authorization has been created for your warranty evaluation, all shipping to our office must be pre-paid and insured. Ivar cannot be liable for lost in-bound package. California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary. If you don't have a receipt, please include all the information known about your purchase, including the store from which you purchased your product.
- What does "product life" mean? Ivar products are covered under warranty, to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. This does not mean your lifetime.
- While the Ivar warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, all products - even those of other brands - will eventually begin to show age and wear. Regardless of the age of the product or how well you care for your Ivar, tears and rips will occur. These are not covered by the warranty.
- If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return your Ivar for a full refund or for an exchange. Only unused Ivar items will be accepted for return or exchange. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges past 30 days from your purchase shipment date. For returns or exchanges, please first contact Ivar at mail@ivarpack.com for approval.
- If you slip and fall in the mud, we recommend you use a wet cloth and some soap to (by hand) clean your Ivar, rinse with water, and hang dry. This is the safest way. However, if your Ivar pack is super-dirty, we have received emails from our own Ivar pack users that machine washing on cold works. If you choose this option, put your machine on cold-water, delicate spin, and keep the zippered compartments open. Wash it on its own, too! Do not dry in your machine clothes drier. Always hang dry.
- Through our website, we may collect your name, image, billing and shipping addresses, e-mail address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. In general, we use personal information collected to provide you with the ability to process any transactions, provide support, to respond to user requests and inquiries, to maintain a record of our dealings with our customers, to develop and improve products and services, and to inform users about products or services we think will be of interest.
- We do not share, sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties, including for their own marketing purposes. We may share personal information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business. These functions may include, for example, analyzing traffic information or other data, providing marketing assistance to us, mailing items, processing credit card transactions, and fulfilling or delivering orders. In all cases, we limit the information shared with our third-party vendors to that which is necessary to carry out those functions.
- We also disclose personal information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law (such as a subpoena, warrant or court order) or respond to lawful requests and legal process; to enforce or apply this Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect the rights and property of Ivar, our agents, our community members, our customers' and others; to protect our community members, customers and others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use; or if we reasonably believe that disclosure is needed to respond to an emergency or protect the personal safety of any person.
- In addition, information about our customers, including personally identifiable information, may be disclosed or transferred as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing or sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personally identifiable information could be transferred to third parties as one of our business assets.
- The Ivar website accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. When "checking out" from our website to finalize a purchase, your information is transmitted very securely.
- We maintain a strict Minimum Advertised Price Agreement with every one of its dealers. Our pricing on Ivar's website maintains the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRPs) that all our other dealers are selling Ivar for. This makes it equal and fair for everyone. However, from time to time, we may change our MSRPs, such as if a products price increases or decreases.
- We also have promotions, which are shared via email or other social networking channels. These promotions - in the form of a coupon code for use on our website - are for those individuals who are connected to Ivar, have submitted their email address to our newsletter, have submitted their email address through other means, or "follow" Ivar via a social networking channel. These promotions do not happen often!

- You are responsible for shipping your product back to the Ivar warehouse safely. Please do not use USPS. Instead, use FedEx. A second option is UPS. Please insure your shipment for safety measures - such as if your package unexpectedly falls off the back of the delivery truck! Please send notification of your shipment, including tracking, to mail@ivarpack.com. For exchanges, Ivar will pay for the shipping of the new pack you're exchanging the original purchased one for.
- The Ivar® name is a registerd trademark of Ivarson USA LLC. The Ivar Shelf Design System, built into each and every Ivar pack, is a patented technology owned by the Ivarson Family. It is protected under United States Patent # 6474524. Other patentes, including those outside of the USA, are pending.
