Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not accept returns on promotional, sale items, or international shipments. Shipping is not refundable, however, we typically ship for free anyway. You are responsible for any shipping expenses of sending the item back.
Your return must be in unused condition. Have its hangtags attached or accompanying. Use the same box we shipped the product to you. This is a perfect sized box.

How to Ship a Return
Only proceed with returning your product once you've submitted your Return Request and we've confirmed your opportunity to return. Unauthorized returns are not our responsibility.
Shipping your return back is a simple concept, however, our guidelines are:
1 — You are responsible for the safe transit and shipping cost. We are not responsible for any lost in-bound packages. While we have never had an issue, you may want to insure your package. Save the tracking number as this will be useful if there's a delivery issue.
2 — Use an appropriate sized box. Do not fold or “squish” the backpack. This will damage it, making your return invalid. It’s ideal you to use the same box we shipped your order in.
3 — Include a copy (or print out) of the email exchange regarding the Return Authorization.
4 — Make sure the hang tag is included with the return. If you have the plastic bag, please place the backpack in the plastic bag, too!
